Samples are the foundation for verifying all performance – we highly recommend completing this critical step.

We produce 1-3 physical samples according to the confirmed formula and process, and deliver them to you.

Please conduct rigorous performance testing on the samples; we also provide professional testing recommendations:

You provide feedback on the test results, based on which we make the final adjustments. We also issue a third-party authoritative test report (covering safety indicators such as formaldehyde, heavy metals, microorganisms, etc.) simultaneously to ensure product compliance.

Upon confirmation of qualified samples, we proceed to the official cooperation stage.

We will issue a formal OEM Manufacturing Contract specifying the following key terms:

Upon receipt of the deposit, the factory will initiate raw material procurement and production line scheduling.

During the production phase, we guarantee product quality through standardized and transparent management.

Conduct quality checks on all purchased raw materials upon warehouse entry.

Complete material feeding, extrusion granulation, drying, cooling, screening, filling and other processes via automated production lines in dust-free workshops.

Ensure the products are delivered to your designated location safely and on time.

A Goods List will be enclosed with the shipment.
