QWhy is there still a little dust even though it's labeled low dust?
Bentonite is a mineral-based sand, and completely zero dust is not achievable — only low dust. Slight friction during transportation can generate a very small amount of dust. Pouring sand too quickly can also temporarily raise dust.
QWhy do the clumps break apart when scooping?
This may happen if you scoop before the urine mass has completely solidified, if the scooping motion is too forceful and breaks the clump, or if the cat litter layer is too thin, resulting in incomplete clumping.
