Why choose Green tea flavored bentonite cat litter?

    1. Natural bentonite material has a compact mineral structure, strong water absorption, and quickly solidifies when it comes into contact with water. It forms hard lumps that are not loose, does not stick to the bottom of the basin, and does not break or scatter.
    2. The essence of green tea can effectively deodorize and add green tea extract to absorb and decompose the odor from the source. It is not just to cover the odor, but to shovel excrement and make the room fresh and not pungent.
    3. Low dust design is healthier, with denser particles and less dust. Cats can sand without raising dust, protecting their respiratory tract and keeping their homes cleaner.
    4. Small round particles are easy to use and save sand. The particles are evenly distributed, providing a comfortable foot feel and high acceptance for cats; Low usage, easy to clean, and more worry free in daily maintenance.

    Core functions of the product

√ Rapid water absorption and agglomeration: It absorbs water instantly when it comes into contact with water, and the agglomeration is tight, not loose, and not sticky to the bottom
√ Green tea deodorizes and inhibits bacteria: Green tea factor adsorbs and decomposes odors, reducing bacterial growth
√ Low dust and dust-free: particles are compact, reducing dust and protecting the respiratory tract of cats
√ Easy to shovel and clean: complete clumping, clean with just one shovel, saving time and sand

    Material, Safety, and Cat Experience

    1. Main raw materials
Using natural bentonite, it has excellent water absorption, swelling, and agglomeration properties.
Add food grade/high-purity activated carbon, safe and non-toxic, making use more reassuring.
    2. Safety and peace of mind
Using physical addition technology without adding additional chemical components, reducing the risk of olfactory stimulation and allergies to cats, especially suitable for cats with sensitive sense of smell.
The particle size is moderate, making it difficult for cats to take out of the litter box and reducing the probability of accidental ingestion.
    3. Cat friendly and easy to accept
Comfortable foot feel: The spherical particles have a soft texture, close to the natural fine sand texture, which is in line with cats' preferences, and the transition between changing sand is smoother.
Mild smell: It has natural green tea fragrance, no pungent smell, and products with heavier flavor than essence are more easily accepted by cats.

    User Guide

    1. First use
① Preparation of cat litter box: Before use, please thoroughly clean the cat litter box, dry it of moisture (to avoid moisture causing premature clumping and bacterial growth), and ensure that there are no residual odors or traces of cleaning agents in the box to avoid affecting the cat's acceptance.
② Cat litter laying: Pour green tea flavored bentonite cat litter evenly into the litter box, with a recommended laying thickness of 6-8cm. If the cat likes to sand and is easy to sand to the bottom, it can be appropriately increased to 8-10cm to effectively prevent excrement from sticking to the bottom and improve the clumping effect; If used for kittens, it can be slightly reduced to 5-6cm for easy entry and exit of kittens.
③ Cat guidance: After replacing the new litter box, gently place the cat in the litter box and use your hand to gently tap the litter box. Guide the cat to become familiar with the fragrance and texture of green tea particles, helping them quickly adapt to the new litter box and avoid rejection.
    2. Daily use
① Daily cleaning: It is recommended to clean the litter box once a day in the morning and once in the evening. Use a litter scoop to accurately scoop out clumps of feces and urine, and clean gently to avoid puncturing the clumps and reduce dust flying and odor spreading. After cleaning, seal and discard the clumps. Do not pour them into the toilet (bentonite swells when it comes into contact with water and can easily clog pipes).
② Timely sand replenishment: After each cleaning, observe the thickness of the cat litter, replenish new cat litter in a timely manner, and maintain a standard thickness of 6-8cm. If a small amount of scattered dust is found in the litter box during sanding, it can be gently sieved to keep the cat litter clean while retaining the fragrance of green tea.
③ Regular deep cleaning: It is recommended to thoroughly replace the cat litter every 1-2 weeks. When replacing, pour out all the old cat litter, clean the litter box with a neutral cleaner, rinse it thoroughly, and then air dry before laying new cat litter. If there are a large number of cats in the home (2 or more) or cats excrete frequently, it can be shortened to once a week to avoid odor accumulation and bacterial growth.
    3. Replacement and Cleaning
① Sealed storage: Unused cat litter should be sealed and stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place. It should not be placed in a humid environment (such as the toilet and balcony corner) to prevent moisture, caking and loss of deodorization effect. At the same time, it should avoid direct sunlight and retain the fragrance of green tea essence.
② Moisture proof treatment: If it cannot be used up within a short period of time after opening, 1-2 packs of desiccant can be placed in the cat litter bag to further prevent moisture and extend the shelf life of the cat litter.
③ Maintain ventilation: It is recommended to keep the cat litter box area ventilated and avoid enclosed spaces (such as small bathrooms), which can reduce the spread of odors and prevent the cat litter from getting damp, making the deodorizing effect of green tea more long-lasting.
    4. Precautions
① Cat ingestion of small amounts of litter is generally harmless. If there is a large amount of ingestion (such as frequent licking, vomiting, diarrhea), please contact a veterinarian in a timely manner.
② If you find that there is a lot of dust on the cat litter during use, you can gently tap the surface of the litter to allow the dust to settle, or increase the laying thickness appropriately to reduce the dust generated during sanding.
③ Do not mix cat litter with other types of cat litter (such as tofu litter, crystal litter) to avoid affecting the clumping effect and deodorizing performance.
④ Abandoned cat litter belongs to dry garbage. After sealing, it should be put into the dry garbage recycling area. Please do not dispose of it casually and keep the environment clean.
⑤ If the cat litter has clumping, mold, severe odor, etc., even if it has not reached the replacement cycle, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting the cat

    FAQs

Q: How long can the green tea flavor of cat litter last? Why does it still have an odor after using it for a period of time?
A: Unopened cat litter green tea can maintain its fragrance for 6-12 months (under sealed storage), and when used normally after opening, its fragrance can last for 1-2 weeks. After use, there is an odor, and the core reason is the failure to clean clumps and feces in a timely manner (it is recommended to clean them twice a day), or the laying of cat litter is too thin (less than 5cm), which causes the excrement to stick to the bottom and the odor to spread. It is recommended to clean and replenish cat litter in a timely manner, while maintaining ventilation in the litter box area, which can make the deodorizing effect more long-lasting.

Q: Is the taste of green tea too pungent? Does it harm the cat's sense of smell?
A: Cat litter is added with natural green tea extract, which has a mild and non irritating aroma that meets pet safety standards and will not harm the cat's sense of smell. Cats have a sensitive sense of smell, and the faint aroma of green tea can also relieve their tension when using the toilet, while neutralizing the odor of excrement and avoiding the pungent odor at home.

Q: What's wrong with cat litter clumping up and breaking easily with just one scoop?
A: There are three main reasons: ① The cat litter is laid too thin (less than 6cm), causing urine to penetrate to the bottom and incomplete clumping; ② The cat did not clean up in a timely manner after using the toilet, and after prolonged exposure to air, it became dry and fragile; ③ Cat litter is damp and loose particles affect clumping. Solution: Maintain a laying thickness of 6-8cm, clean up clumps in a timely manner every day, seal and store unused cat litter to avoid moisture.

Q: Is the water absorption rate fast? How long can a cat last?
A: Bentonite material has abundant pores and a fast water absorption rate. After contact with urine, it can quickly wrap and clump in 1-2 seconds, avoiding urine diffusion. For an adult cat, a 10L pack of cat litter can be used for approximately 2-3 weeks (the specific amount may vary depending on the cat's excretion frequency and cleaning frequency, timely cleaning can reduce waste and extend the usage period).
